Aston Martin Rapide

The Aston Martin Rapide is a four-door luxury sports sedan meant to compete against other sophisticated Grand Tourers like the Maserati Quattroporte, Mercedes-Benz CLS, Porsche Panamera and the upcoming Audi A7.

The Rapide was first shown in production version at the 2009 IAA in Frankfurt. The car is based on the Aston Martin DB9 and remains true to Aston Martin's design cues while harmoniously integrating the 4-door body style. Powered by a 6.0L V8, the Aston Martin Rapide is as powerful as it's refined.
