The new car has a new design on the outside and a lot of improvements on-board. Amongst them you'll immediately notice the quieter ride, new safety features and new technologies that appeal to what the customers asked for before the car was released.

Also, the engines are claimed to be more efficient, even though they have huge displacements, 5.3 and 6.2 liters respectively, both of them in the traditional V8 arrangement. As for models, there are only 4 available, varying between front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive systems.

The gearbox of choice for most people will now be the Hydra-Matic 6L80 6-speed automatic, featuring TapShift control, Tow/Haul mode and Auto Grade Braking.
