BMW Series 1

The second generation BMW 1 Series got its LCI midlife tune up in 2015, coming with both visual and mechanical modifications to align it better with the rest of the lineup.

Design wise, the 2015 BMW 1 Series adopted a more chiseled front end, with a reshaped kidney grille and larger intakes, flatter-geometry headlights with LED daytime running lights, remodeled taillamps, slightly more flared wheel arches, new rear bumper and some few other minor styling cues.

Mechanically, the hatch comes with an updated engine range, including 3-cylinder units, eight-speed transmissions as well as new assistance systems.
